Once you have placed your order, it is processed automatically after 24 hours.
In order to cancel an order, you must contact Order a Print directly within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that period, since all products are custom made, cancellations, changes or returns cannot be made.
If your order arrives damaged or if the product is defective you can contact Order a Print within 7 days of the delivery date and they will investigate and replace it at their discretion. Further information: https://support.orderaprint.com/
Products are usually produced and shipped within 3 working days and should arrive within 9-12 working days.
