We aim to despatch each order within 7 working days and you should receive your items within 21 days, in practice you are likely to receive your purchased items much earlier than this. During restrictions, we may take longer than normal to complete an order. If you have ordered more than 1 item, it is possible you may not receive them all at the same time.

If an item is listed in a 'NEW' section, then these items are new in a new condition. Items listed under a '2nd Hand' or 'pre-owned' section are items that are not new. The condition of these items will be in a used condition. We endeavour to describe any especially noticable wear and tear and where possible show in the photograph, to eneable you to make an informed decision whether to buy.

Yes, all of the items that are available online can also be purchased in person from the Museum Shop. Some items may not be on display, so please ask a member of staff. Our normal opening hours are 10:00am to 4:30pm on Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays However during restrictions these hours may differ or we may be closed. Please check, that we are open, before travelling.
